Membership & Registration

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide a unique username and password which you must provide in order to gain access to the non-public portion of this site. You certify that when asked to choose a username you will not choose a name which may falsely represent you as somebody else or a name which may otherwise be in violation of the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to disallow the use of usernames that we, at our sole discretion, deem inappropriate. We reserve the right to cancel at any time the membership of any member who uses their selected username in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in any other way we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate.

Your membership information is nontransferable and non-assignable. You represent and warrant that you will not disclose to any other person your unique username and password. Therefore, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.

You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Unauthorized access to this site is illegal and a breach of this Agreement. You indemnify this site against all activities conducted through your account.

Links/Third Party Sites

This site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other such websites, selection of an ad banner or link that redirects you to a third party. Transactions that occur between you and the third party are strictly between you and the third party and are not our responsibility. Because we are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their privacy policy or content, therefore you should direct any concerns regarding any external links to its site administrator or Webmaster.

Payment Method

We take every precaution to protect your sensitive information, especially when dealing with your financial information. To protect our customers with a high level of security, all payments are made using PayPal payment gateway, and therefore we never collect or store your PayPal and/or other financial information (like credit card information) to our database.

You are solely responsible for the security of your own PayPal account and/or other financial information. We will not be held responsible for any breached, damaged, unauthorized access, or violation caused by the third party over your own financial account. Contract Period

All services are under 12 month contract period. Prior the expiry date, we will send you an email for renewal reminder. For a cancelation or refund, please read the Cancelations & Refund Policy section.

Cancelations & Refunds Policy

We reserve the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice.

You may wish to cancel at any time via a cancelation form. A refund request can only be requested during the 30 days money back guarantee period starting from the date of the first/initial registration with a $5.00 cancelation fee. This cancelation fee is to cover the loss occured from our payment gateway charges. There are no refunds on upgrading Keywords Bank quota, upgrading a current plan, administrative fees, or any custom fees.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Violations of these Terms and Conditions will waive the refund policy.

Price Change

We reserve the right to change prices listed on this site, and the right to change the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded including during the 30 days money back guarantee period.

Scheduled Downtime

Scheduled Downtime is a scheduled interruption of our services, for the purpose of server upgrades, or replacement of any software features/tools in order to provide you with better services. Scheduled downtime occurs during notified downtime periods, with as much advance warning as possible via e-mail with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Client Initiated Downtime

If there are any interruption or downtime caused by client's actions to our services or our servers, we reserve the right to shutdown or reboot our services/servers to prevent any unexpected failures or damages to our services/servers.

For example, an excessive use of Search Engine Ranking request made by a single user could exploit the amount of our resources.

Client Website Contents & Availability

You are solely responsible for the contents of your own website and its network uptime. We are not responsible for your website in events where its server is down, unavailable, or unreachable.

You must not use our services to promote illegal products or services such as illegal erotic/pornographic materials, illegal gambling sites/materials, illegal drugs, pirated softwares including pirated movies/musics, spamming, or hacking materials such as computer viruses, worms or spywares.

You must not use our services to promote illegal activity of any type or content that may be damaging to our services/servers.

Search Engines Inclusions

We provide list of search engines in our SEO Tools for our customers to submit their websites. However, we are not responsible for reserving any positions/rankings to the search engines where you have submitted your website to, and we are also not responsible for your website in events whether or not it will be visited by the search engines' robots/spiders/crawlers.

You are fully aware that the search engines, where you have submitted your website to, have the rights to decide whether they will index/include your website into their database or not.

Free Trial Period

You are welcome to sign up for a free trial account. This trial account is only valid for 3 days starting from the date when the request is submitted. The username and password for the free trial account will be auto-generated, and it will be emailed to your nominated email address. Please be aware that some features are limited to trial accounts.

We reserve the right to cancel any free trial accounts at any time with or without further notice.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement

We may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

FindingSEO to be Held Harmless

Customer agrees that it shall protect, defend, indemnify, save and hold FindingSEO harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against FindingSEO, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold/promoted by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FindingSEO against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold/promoted or otherwise distributed in connection with FindingSEO; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold/promoted to customers from FindingSEO's services.

FindingSEO shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. FindingSEO makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. FindingSEO disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by FindingSEO and its employees.
